Stainless steel windows and accessories
Stainless steel windows, frames and impact protection solutions from a single source – for cleanrooms, food processing and pharmaceutical facilities where hygiene, durability and visual order are equally important.
This overview page gives you access to our complete range of stainless steel opening accessories: from here you can reach our windows, door frames and impact protection systems, and get help choosing the right combination for full industrial projects.
Choose a category
We have arranged our stainless steel accessories for openings into three main groups. Choose what you need: glass surfaces for cleanroom construction, frames around openings, or impact protection for walls and corners.
Stainless steel windows
Fixed, side-hinged or sliding flush cleanroom windows with stainless steel frames. Gap-free, dust-free construction for laboratories, production areas and corridors.
Door frames and casings
Stainless steel wrap-around and corner frames for panels or masonry walls. Manufactured to custom wall thicknesses, including for retrofit installation and adaptation to existing door leaves.
Impact protection
Stainless steel posts, wheel guards and skirting cladding for protecting walls and openings in areas with forklift, pallet truck and trolley traffic.
What does the stainless steel system include?
The opening system of an industrial facility will only remain stable in the long term if the frames, skirtings and impact protection elements around doors and windows are also made in industrial-grade stainless steel. We build our stainless steel solutions around the following three pillars.
Stainless steel cleanroom windows
Glass surfaces that sit flush with the wall, with minimal joints and no protrusions. The design supports continuous disinfection and leaves no space for contamination to build up.
Stainless steel frames
Surrounding components that relieve the load on the door leaf, create a clean finish around wall junctions, and compensate for inaccuracies in panel systems.
Stainless steel impact protection
The third element of the system is physical protection: stainless steel wheel guards, posts and skirting cladding that absorb impacts so your walls remain intact.
Protecting the weakest link
In a modern food or pharmaceutical facility, it is often not the expensive machinery that fails first, but the walls, corners, window frames and door frames. Forklifts, hand carts and pallet trucks pass within millimetres of the panels every day.
A small collision may seem like a cosmetic issue at first, but chipped paint, dented sheet metal and opened joints already create a microbiological risk. These surfaces are hard to clean and can easily become breeding grounds for bacteria, which means immediate non-conformities during a HACCP or GMP audit.
The point of the stainless steel system is to use impact-resistant stainless steel elements at critical points – around openings, on corners and along transport routes. This not only keeps your walls and openings intact, but also drastically reduces hygiene risks.
Why does accessory quality matter?
Stainless steel alone is not a guarantee of a good solution. The geometry of the profiles, the quality of the welds, the joint formation and the fixing technique together determine how easy the full system will be to clean and how long it will last.
Flush cleanroom design
When designing our windows and frames, a primary goal is to avoid dust-catching edges, gaps and recesses. Flush design means that the glass, the frame and the wall align in one plane or connect with only a minimal step.
Easy cleaning · Cleanroom compatibleTargeted mechanical protection at critical points
Our impact protection elements are made from thick-walled stainless steel tube or sheet and, where needed, with concrete filling. They are fixed with chemical anchors and industrial fasteners so that even a stronger forklift impact will not move them.
Long service life · Inter-zone protectionFrequently asked questions about stainless steel windows and accessories
What material are they made from?
As standard, we work with WNr. 1.4301 stainless steel, a hygienic grade proven in the food and pharmaceutical industries. For especially corrosive environments, we recommend WNr. 1.4404 acid-resistant stainless steel.
Can the windows be ordered separately, or only as part of a complete project?
Yes, our windows and accessories can be ordered individually, but in most cases we think in complete project packages: window + frame + impact protection as one coordinated solution.
Can stainless steel accessories be adapted to an existing door or frame?
Yes. A common task is to design a new stainless steel wrap-around frame or skirting cladding around older but still functional door leaves and structures. In such cases, we ask for a site survey or precise measurements.
Can they be installed later as a retrofit?
Yes, a significant part of our product range is specifically designed for retrofit installation. Stainless steel skirtings, wall protections, impact guards and retrofit frames can be installed with minimal demolition work.
How much load can the impact protection elements withstand?
During design, we consider the vehicle type (forklift, pallet truck, trolley), the expected direction and speed of impact. Based on this, we select the tube diameter, wall thickness, number of fixing points and whether concrete filling is needed.
What documentation will I receive for the project?
We provide technical drawings, material quality declarations, welding technology documentation on request, and a summary of the main data needed for audits.
Complete industrial projects from a single source
We do not only supply standalone doors and windows, but the entire stainless steel opening and wall protection system: windows, frames, skirtings and impact protection. This keeps your facility hygienic and audit-ready in the long term.
Send us the available floor plan, photos or technical description, and we will help design a coordinated stainless steel package that fits your existing technology and budget.
