Developed for environments where hygiene, continuous disinfection, and transparent operating spaces are simultaneously basic requirements – for the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, laboratories, cold stores, and healthcare institutions.
A window that does not collect dust
In the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, and healthcare institutions, the windowsill and the window frame are among the most critical points. If a horizontal surface, a deep joint, or an edge that is difficult to clean forms, bacteria, fungi, and dirt can settle there.
Our stainless steel windows are designed so that the frame is completely flush with the wall plane (flush design), so no ledges or dead spaces are formed that the mop or disinfecting cloth cannot reach. During installation, the micro-gaps are sealed with food-grade (HACCP) silicone for perfect airtightness.
Material: WNr 1.4301 stainless steel frame, available in WNr 1.4404 acid-resistant quality upon request against chemical washing.
Glazing: Tempered or laminated safety glass, optionally in a thermal (2 or 3-pane) design.
Where is the stainless steel window ideal?
We recommend stainless steel windows for places where walls are regularly disinfected, and where continuous visual inspection is an important part of the plant's operation and a condition for strict audits (GMP, FDA, IFS).

Range of types
We offer several window solutions depending on whether you only need them for viewing, ventilation, or material handling. Each type is made with a stainless steel frame, in a fully cleanable and audit-compatible design.
Fixed window (viewing)
A non-opening window that primarily creates a visual connection between two spaces. Ideal for viewing between a corridor–plant, packaging–warehouse, or cleanroom zone.
For cleanroom use, it is made with flush glazing on both sides and a narrow frame profile to minimize shadow and the surface to be cleaned.
Side-hung window
Suitable for ventilation, yet a cleanable and safe solution. Thanks to the opening hardware, it is easy to handle, while the glass surface remains easy to wash.
Can be ordered with an insect screen, concealed hinges, and a key-lockable handle if the plant regulations (e.g., airlock protocol) require it.
Pass-through window
An airlock solution developed for moving materials and samples between laboratories, packaging areas, and service areas. It can be designed in an up-down moving (guillotine) or sideways sliding version.
Upon request, it can be supplied with a stainless steel counter, a mechanically lockable design, and even semi-automatic operation for maximum logistical speed.
Structure, connection, installation
Frame and connection
The frames are made of stainless steel, in an all-around welded, massive design with a brushed finish. The wall connection can be formed in several ways:
- Flush-mounted: Fits into cleanroom wall panels with a minimal flange.
- "C" profile connection: For masonry (brick/Ytong) structures, in a version that can be built onto the outer plane or into the wall opening.
For the frames, we place great emphasis on precise joint formation. Sanitary silicone sealing guarantees that disinfectants cannot get behind the frame, so the window remains corrosion- and fungus-free for decades.
Can it be built into a sandwich panel?
Yes, stainless steel windows can be perfectly integrated into cold storage and industrial sandwich panels (with PUR, PIR, or rock wool cores) as well.
Important technical note: Since the insulating core of the sandwich panels is not load-bearing in itself, to fix the opening or pass-through windows, we build an internal steel (or thermal bridge-free composite) receiving frame (reinforcement) around the panel cutout. This ensures that the panel is not indented when the leaves are moved, the window does not sag, and the stability of the structure is maintained even under the most intensive industrial use.
